Evo on PagePlus???

I guess I will have to try the Google VM as there seems to be no true Page Plus voice mail solution.

Before I do I got a question. The VoiceMail was designed for Sprint. Anyone try placing a Verizion Voicemail app from a Driod?

I followed the full flash to a t. One thing keeps popping up when I go to write the info to the phone. Something to the effect of "NV read only" Then when I read the settings on the phone the PPP user name reverts back to a Sprint thing as opposed to the MDN@vzw3g.com i entered. Any feedback?

What verison of QPST are you running? The error is normal, how about any of the other settings, are they sticking?

Well got my evo fully functional on the page plus network fully functional with everything working well finally got it on a network besides sprint sucks that they don't have a unlimited plan like boost or straight talk or those other unlimited prepaid service out

All other settings appear to be sticking. I believe I am using qpst 2.7. At first I had the mms incoming but now they won't download. With a generic network error. The same as I get on the sending of a mms. Also is there a wifi solution to sending or recording mms? Thanks

Oi. This is hard.

I got the trial version of CDMA workshop and can't get it or QPST to connect to my EVO. (There are posted solutions that aren't working for me, mostly pertaining to drivers)

Also, Krinen, the Evo_to_pageplus.docx file that was uploaded to megaupload renders as jibberish in word for me, on multiple machines. Is this the same doc you uploaded?

Thanks to all those who have made flashing the HTC EVO possible. I was about to have remotesquad do the flash for me. Now that I found this thread I am willing to take the plunge myself. I was willing to page a dealer because I'm of the assumption that my ESN needs to be added to the PPlus database for my flashed phone to work (isn't that the way its done with Metro). Is this true?

UPDATE: Successfully got everything working. It took some time but it was worth it.

I have the modified PRL loaded on my EVO. I have also changed the settings on my phone to "Sprint only". Will this prevent me from roaming and getting charged 29 cents/min by PagePlus.

What speeds are you all getting with PP? I did a speed test using the speed test app from the market. My average speed was about 120 kbps download and about 200 kbps upload. This is pretty slow! Its more like 1x or EDGE speeds. I guess is data speeds are throttled for PP devices.

I can't even get QPST to recognize my EVO. Going to need lots more time to troubleshoot this.

It sounds to me like 3g works, but I don't have an EVO to test it on... Has anyone with the full flash tested their speeds?
