Its really the same as the Q which is described in detail by samsungd415 in this forum. The main difference I would suggest is to first load the Windows Mobile 6.1 Verizon Monster Pack for the Q9 using RSDLite, or 6.0 MP with a 6.1 upgrade(the Q9c & Q9M are identical except for placement of two keys). This will reset the SPC to 000000 (if it is set as in a Sprint Phone).
