Metropcs SCH-R350/Freeform Param Editor DEFAULTS + Network Problem

Ok, so here is my issue. I recently tried tethering my Freeform, changed my dun setting in the param editor to 1 also messed with a few things i had no idea what i was doing at the time (im such an idiot) and now, unfortantly mymetroweb, pix messaging, mymetro basiicaly anything to do with the network (besides calling and regular texts) does not work anymore. Was wondering where to find the default settings for both sysinfo editor and userprefs editor for the sch-r350 on metropcs. Or maybe a master reset that will reset these settings to default...ive been trying to fix this problem for a week, service rep had no idea also, tech support was clueless...i would be willing to pay money for this to be fixed.

okay now i am just confused...i found someone with the same phone went into the secret menus, and put all my settings default like they had theres and guess what? still same error...FML

quick update on this situation...apparently it wasnt anything i did with the parem settings...its from a bad usb driver i had...i just got a replacement phone, hooked it up to my pc and bammmm, network problems again on thephone...have no idea what imma tell em now..lol

I have similar but different problem, I tried tethering on a windows 7 also with the sch-r350 with metro pcs, and it worked the first time. I restarted the computer and although it would connect to the phone I had no more internet access for tethering.

Also the screen on the phone that shows internet activity keeps coming on and off, and my computer keeps telling me that I have no internet. Strangely it randomly connects and disconnects. I would really like for this to work.... so please someone help with a solution. Will be highly appreciated

oh... this is embarrassing. It works, it's only that it was saying there was no internet even though there was. I noticed that while I had both my home internet and the phone connected when ever I would click on a link it would show activity. I was wondering if my WiFi connection to my home network and the connections to my phone can work together to increase internet speed or does it have to come from one single source at a time.

uhuummmmmm a good friend of mine did the same thing with the Freeform II. Luckily I only had the phone a day so I just took it back and complained and they gave me a new one.

Still though, if there's a way to hard reset everything back to the defaults that would be good to know.

That is a Easy one, go to phone setting
in phone setting look for Security
Enter your code
Now look for Reset phone and reset your phone.
everything will go back to normal.

A lot of time if you mess with your web or anythng else and you cannot access the web or any other thing else. Do not bother calling Metro PCS or go into the store. esp. when you go into the web and found that you have a connection timeout. Try resetting your phone to factory first. ( YOU WON'T LOSE ANY CONTACT EXCEPT YOUR RINGTONE AND WALLPAPER) (IT IS WAY BETTER THAN TURING YOUR PHONE OFF AND TAKING OUT THE BATTERY AND TURNING THE PHONE ON AGAIN).

If you call metro pcs, they will (LIE) or tell you of another story that the network is down and for you to wait 2 extra hours before calling or wait for another day. Now if you have a trouble ticket. you are to wait 5 day.
Only you know what you did to your phone. Now if you take it to a Metro Pcs Store besure that you don't have water damage and I mean besure that you don't. If you need to take a picture of it before walking in do so. Or you should let them know that it doesn' have water damage by opening the battery and there is no red mark on it. (If you don't do that, they will again (LIE) or make false thing that your phone is water damage and they cannot and will not do anything about it. ( they will lick or add water to make that paper inside red)
