Fido Dollars -- what can I do with them if I'm about to cancel

So I'm switching to Wind (I'm on m2m) and I have about $90 in Fido dollars which I was told will be all lost if I cancel my Fido account.

The only phone I'm interested in is the LG Gossip but it's now out of stock.

I don't want to lose my fido bucks but on the other hand I'd like to cancel asap -- any suggestions?

Buy a phone that can be resold easily, or gifted to a family/friend on Fido? I haven't kept up with which models are familiar but always good to have a backup phone around...

I picked up a Gossip at a Fido store last week and they had a few. Has to be a corp store to use the Fido Dollars. Phone around in your area and see if any stores have them in stock.

I have a deal for you! I'll pay your 30 days notice charge if I can get your Fido$. I think it's win win deal. What do you say?

How will we do it? It's Simple!
1)You would authorize me to transfer your number to my account.
2)Once your line is in my account, your account is cancelled and all your fido$ are transferred to me.
3)You will port out your number to WIND and I will pay the 30 days notice under my account.

My goal is to get as much Fido$ as I can to get iphone 4 for free. Will you help me?

The reason I'm making you this offer because I'm assuming you already spoken with Fido Retention and you didn't like what they offered you. Is that right?

Anyone know if someone on a monthly plan can use their FidoDollars to get prepaid airtime (say a PIN worth $20) that can be used by someone else?
