I have the T959 vibrant from T-mobile and it does work on bell & rogers. I know the T959 supports HSDPA 1700 / 2100 only but I was surprised when i tried my rogers & bell sim card. See my post (#233) here: http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...xy-S%29/page16
