Not a shock. Any product that has a major design flaw can be subject to a class action.
Seems like it is cool to have these in your sig?

I think the lawsuit is warranted. I wonder what will come of it.

Class action suit - Iphone 4

It looks like a class action is on its way. To those people that did not get their issue resolve with Apple and ATT....join the band wagon.

    Jobs is ignoring the issue....

Not even a week old and already someone is trying to litigate!!
If I'm annoyed and you're annoyed, does that make us a paranoid ??

I have never been in favor of class action law suits. The lawyers are usually the ones that make it out with anything worthwhile.

Apple needs to resolve this before any class action law suit even begins to take form.

I don't think anything short of a full recall will stop the suit from continuing.

That doesn't really seem necessary, but a recall/exchange of select units seems prudent. We did a little test yesterday at work. Two guys both had their iPhone 4s in hand. Standing side by side, they both started out holding the phones without bridging the antennae. Both phones showed 5 bars. Then, they switched how they were holding the phones so that they were bridging the antennae. One phone dropped to 1 bar within 30 seconds, the other stayed at 5 bars.

The phone that exhibited the behavior returned to 5 bars after changing the grip on the phone again, so the antennae were no longer bridged.
