And usually what they refer to as "news," is one of countless internet articles with incredibly suggesting opinion and grossly exaggerated claims. It's amazing how gullible people really are.

I get it almost daily also. And yeah, the ones who come in and say "I see where Verizon is finally getting the iPhone!" and then get mad at you when you tell them that its just a rumor and think they know more about it than you, they are my favorites.

I will say I have a family member who works for Apple and he told me several things a month or so ago that fall in line exactly with the latest rumors that have been posted the last few days on BGR.

I get this question all the time, usually with people who think they know what they're talking about. One lady tried to convince me that Verizon was losing subscribers rapidly. When i countered with the fact that verizon is actually GROWING, she told me that i obviously didn't have my finger on the pulse of the cellular industry. WTF?

I usally respond with "by the time verizon gets the iphone, the droid will have taken over and the iphone will be an ipod with the ablitiy to make a phone call".
