iOS 4 has been out to developers for a while now yet most apps seemed have not to intergrated it yet into there apps. Im talking mostly music. I still have no multi-tasking for;
AOL Radio
ESPN Radio
Sirius.
Come on its been well over a month that they have had the chance to test out 4.0 and put it into there apps. MLB updated quickly it would be nice to listen to my music and do other things which was a big point of 4.0!!
Be careful what you say cause the hofo nazi might ban you and offer no reason why !!!
I get about two updates a day. Most of which I do not want OS4 support for.
I see what your saying about the music, they should have been the first to update. But maybe they are updating, but because they are larger apps, they take longer for Apple to Re-approve them.

I would agree if they havent had iOS4 kit for so long. I dont see that many larger apps then the MLB one and they were quick to update and its great listening to a game and answering a text not worrying about going back and forth cant wait for the jailbreak to put back on background back on
maybe you should contact the company and offer your services to quickly port over to iOS4 for them.
fact of the matter is, many people are still on 3.1.3 or earlier, most companies have tons of other projects to do, apple needs to re-approve updates and I'm sure there are tons at this point, most of my apps that make good use of multi-tasking have been updated already.
so, maybe if you waited or were more patient your problems would be resolved...iOS 4 has been public for what, 2 weeks now? Did you really expect release day to include all apps updated to iOS4 APIs???
GOLDEN RULE: If you are using a iPhone 3G or iPhone 3G(S) with ultrasn0w and rely on ultrasn0w to obtain cellular service then you should only update your device with an .ipsw that is made with the new PwnageTool. There are no second chances with this. You need to remember that PwnageTool will provide an upgrade path to newer versions of the iPhone software in the future.

when you paid for or downloaded the app, none gave the promise of future upgrades to support new features of new OS's
Take a chill pill, that's how it goes in the software development world.
