The Wally Mart here has the GSM phones (401G). I like to change phone every other day and it would be nice if the SIM would work on another GSM ST phone without having to do a # change online. I would go from one GSM ST phone to another GSM ST phone (you know..i want to use keyboard phone one day and maybe a filp or a slider the next ) lol. Make sense?
was the gsm phones mixed in with the cdma, or were they seperated.
If you plan to swap phones at Walmart remember that when the phone return goes thru the Register the phone is deactivated by the return and the remainder of your minutes/days/phone number could be lost.
HAHA. What im saying is.....ST GSM will probably have...lets say 3 different phones. 1> a qwerty 2> a slider, 3> a flip. Lets say that i have all 3 of those GSM ST BRANDED phones. I want to stick the one SIM card in any of those phones and it will work. I dont want to have to go online and change the phones through my online account like the CDMA has to. Make sense? If not never-mind.
anyway, i also did think it was weird that there were no gsm phones on the ST website or walmart. and i also googled it and there was no announcement.
which definately begs the question, why would someone start this rumor? in my opinion that picture does not look photo shopped. and i honestly hope its not since i hear that the t401g has a little more freedom then its counterpart (with the fact you can actually use java on it).
Why would someone do it? Simple-- because they can. Same reason twisted people write viruses-- or why teenage girls tell stories-- or more on point, why teenage boys brag on non-existent Saturday night conquests.
As for the pix not "looking" Photoshopped, well now isn't that the point of photo editing?

What you posted is an obscure link to a listing of phone instructions, perhaps mixed in from the Tracfone support data.
