Straight Talk adding GSM phones

That happened the first time I switched. I had the 1000 min plan at that time and when the port went thru I had 1000 minutes on the LG. I switched to unlimited shortly after that. I guess whoever was helping me wouldn't or couldnt do it again. I should have raised hell and talked to a supervisor, but I just let it go. Oh well I have alot nicer phone now even though it will cost me more. Its worth it though. It would be nice if the LG Prime made its way to Straight Talk.

Listen people..again i have been SHOCKed by ST..tracfone corp just now called to tell me that they had retrieved my# and i said i know ive been using it..now listen 2 this i told them how upset i was and that i have been w/st since 10/09..they said because of my suffering they changed my end date aug 10 till sept 1st...!! When i ported the t401 my end date went from aug 1st too the 10th...now its sept 1st...and thats the truth..i have never had a problem with st..

I'd like to confirm that SOME of the Walmarts in Central Virginia (around Richmond, in particular) are now carrying the 401G phone. It clearly shows GSM on the box, and is the ONLY model GSM phone currently for sale in the retail stores. CDMA still appears to be the preference. Around here, Verizon's network is vastly superior to all others, so its likely that CDMA will remain a favorite for now.

OK PEOPLE I AM SO UPSET,NEVER HAVE i ever had a problem with straighttalk and today i bought the new lg 620 g called the number on the box and was transfered 3 times only to be told, i have to buy a card NO WAY i have 3 weeks left, and put the phone back into the box,debating talking it back and i wasnt assured that id get to keep my old number that i have had for 9 years or that i would have to be without service for 7 days,be aware the gsm phones are only 15 numbers for for the meid and the cdma which are the old ones has 18 so no switching on the internet like i always do, so sad i dont get to use this new gsm fone. and a question to whom had succsess, what phone number did you call for straigttalk? id like to use this lill sucker at least to check it out!

when i bought the t401 the lady told that they had the 620g but sold out.!!.it sells for $69.99..they had a shelf tag 4it..also its on walmarts web site ..has anybody notice its $10 less than the 620c.??

uno one thing ive learn since i bought my 1st cell phone from suncom that if u have been a good customer u can get alot of freebees..umust remember they call me.....

that # is 800-876-5753..they call themselves "executive resolutions"..good luck

Are you saying you can't port from a CDMA ST to a GSM ST via the website? I thought you could.

If they are overloaded your call will be re-routed to regular CS without any notification.
