I use a DBT-120M and it works perfectly (even though its for MAC only, I have it working on XP).

First make sure you have the most current version of the WIDCOMM Bluetooth software, build 1.4.1 build 6 at least.

You should have a Bluetooth icon in your system tray, blue with a white emblem inside it.

Make sure your bluetooth device is within range and bluetooth is turned on and your bluetooth adapter is recognized by your OS (check your device manager). Right click on the bluetooth icon and choose "explore my bluetooth places" and under "bluetooth tasks" choose search for devices in range"

The first time you connect these devices, you need to establish a security password, on both your PC and the phone. On the PC, you should get a pop up window via the system tray, right click and enter a password. The phone should also get a pop up prompting for a password (use the same password on both items). You can save the profiles on both your phone/pc so you don't have to enter the password again.

I managed to get this to work without much trouble, but like I said, you could have a problem with your OS detecting the bluetooth device, XP for example does not have native support, so its detected as an unknown USB device, successful installation of the Widcomm software is paramount to getting the device to work

I did all as you say, i had install WIDCOMM 1.4.2.8 build 10 drivers, set it up correctly and tried to search ftp service onn my T608 - no result. only new service i got is OBEX Object Push and voice gateway. And there is still no way to put new pictures and games to my t608 (Sendfile 2.0.6 cant see my phone) Any ideas how to solve this problem ? And what is "XTDsmthing " prog for ? I have no such prog on Sprint PCS CD and when i tried to search this with google, I found so many different progs with pretty big size (60-90Mbs) that i cant decide what i need. Any links \recomendations that can help me me to solve my problem ?

Edit 1 Pics and ringtones work now, just via "send to->". How to upload .jar games to T608

To transfer games, use the same procedure that you used for transferring themes/ringtones. If you just drag/drop the .jar files into the root folder, they will get put in the correct location. It is some sort of security measure to keep you from paying for games, downloading them to your phone and then downloading them to the computer and sharing with everyone.

So far, I have not found any restrictions uploading games and I have uploaded java and Morphun games.

anyways, no need to do that...... just highlight your file
right-click and "send to --> bluetooth" the phone will automatically install them in the right place

I have my phone being recongnized by the bluetooth software and can transfer files to my phone. But I cannot get the XTND software to work, I am trying to put in all my address book contacts from outlook but it can't establish the darn connection.
