My favorites so far (all free):

1.) Laputa: because I love to read & it has great books by published authors.
2.) AppShare: because it makes sharing apps so easy.
3.) CadreBible: because you can download commentaries, dictionaries, reading plans & more.
4.) Sms Popup: because it makes texting more convenient.
5.) Dolphin Browser: because that addons make this an awesome browser.
6.) Life Stories: because I never knew there were so many crazy people out there!
7.) Fifteen Puzzle: because it's hard, but fun.
8.) Andwobble Free: because you can make any picture wobble. Cracks me up every time.
9.) Christian HTZ: because it has a lot of great radio stations & it works without a problem.
10.) Music Wizard: because I always find the songs I want & download is fast.

I've become an app junkie, lol so I'll post the good ones as I find them .

I had a customer come in and get an Acclaim and wanted me to help her download an app called Fake Caller ID...
App allows you to prank call someone but put another number to show up on the caller id.

Crazyness...Apps like that shouldnt be allowed if you ask me

I think the FCC has moved to make caller ID spoofing illegal, so I have a feeling that one won't be around for long.

Trillian will be a paid app though... its never (or ever will be) free.
E-Buddy is free and does most popular IM's in one chat app!!

They already have a free version for desktop systems. As for the smartphone apps, I don't know how much the iphone app is, but it can't be all that much. I'm already a pro user, so I (and many others on the Cerulean forums) will be willing to pay for something that I know works well.

yes they do have a free version for the desktop, but it doesn't have all the features of their paid app. Their mobile apps are alway free until they are out of beta, then you have to pay. Their blackberry version was terrible. I stopped using Trillian years and years ago when other free, lighter, non bloated alternatives became available like Miranda, Pidgin, and Digsby for that matter. I dont see the draw to Trillian at all anymore... Free open alternatives always end up better and less buggy in my opinion.

+1 for Pidgin. I'd love to see this ported to Android! It's native to Linux, and Android is Linux.

Here's my lineup of free apps:

ASTRO - A great file manager, does exactly what it says and it can even uncompress zip files.

Ringdroid - Hands down the best ringtone prog I've used. Can splice any mp3 accurately and save the ringtone to the appropriate place.

Quick System Info Pro - The only Cache Cleaning program I've used that doesn't require rooting your phone. Can clear all of your cache in one clilck. Also, conveniently summarizes info on your phone and shows running processes.

Advance Task Killer - This amazing app saves your battery life by shutting down apps left running.

ConvertPad - Converts just about any scientific measurement you need and now does world currencies too.

IMDB - This app destroys the 'Movies' app. Movie trailer clips, charts, and info galore. Your one stop movie app.

Photoshop Express - Great little app for tweaking your pics.

PicSay - Very similar to Photoshop Express but more customizable. It's perfect to make your pics look more cute and silly.

Wifi Analyzer - Detects wireless signals and does an accurate job of it.
