    Analog B and Roaming?

When the phone switches to Analog B is the phone roaming? I am confused at this, as looking at coverage maps, Las Vegas is covered. But while I was in Las Vegas the phone switches to Analog B and warns me about roaming charges. Any help please...

Was this a flashed handset? I'm quite surprised there is any analog running at all, most carriers decom'd it last year. I live in a very rural area and even here there is NO analog on any carrier.

Yes I flashed the Touch Pro to work on MetroPCS. I get analog B when I travel to places like Las Vegas, that the coverage map says has coverage. I use this phone for my business and it sucks that I can't receive/make calls in certain areas.

Verizon(B Side) and at&t(A Side) ran the AMPS networks in Las Vegas. Both have shut them down so they can use the Bandwidth for other services. I don't see how you could be getting analog roaming.

I think the "Analog B" or "Analog A" is a default message for roaming, even when roaming on digital.

Sniff.... I sure do miss Analog...

    same here!

That same analog B things pop up in my evo 4g. I live in the Santa barbara area which is also supposed to have coverage. i read it was something related to the htc not being able to read aws. Does any one if there is a way of fixing this?
