how do you buy from the premier site without clicking upgrade? I can't seem to figure out how to buy it contract free on the premier site..

on premier, I had to log in and click upgrade. It only updates the contract for some reason if I use the new sim they send.

samven - did your order get completed? mine shows as needing verification but that department isnt in. Hope I can keep that pricing.
I ordered from premier, saw this thread, and then tried Walmart - guess I will cancel the more expensive order.

placed my walmart order this morning and everything seems ok.
at the android forums they are very skeptical about people getting their orders fulfilled.

I was all set to buy this phone, however given the fact that it is $500, and I don't want to get into a 2 year contract with AT&T, I'm going to wait till some more reviews start coming in before I put that kind of money on a phone again.

Bought mine from local AT&T store. Store opened at11:00, I was there at 11:15 and got the last one. They had 12.
