Closest you could get may be a TP/TP2 with an android installed on it on in place of using WM. Only problem with that is its not quite as good as a native android device. Little less stable, some things might not work, performance, etc

Onto a legal subject, has anyone successfully (and legally) activated a RAZR2 V9m on Boost?

This is my favorite phone ever. Activating it on Boost would just make it that much better! Only talk & text are a necessity. Could careless about web because it's WAP. Thanks.

I can confirm that the V9 can be done. I have activated one on Boost a while back. I think that phone is pretty nice.

Got this phone for my wife thinking it would activate on her boost account. Have tried it twice with two different reps and it was a no go... when we switched the ESN the phone would not validate. Checked the ESN and it is good and clean.

Are there any other options besides going to sprint or using as a paperweight?

would even entertain things unspoken here....

Switched the ESN? Of her old phone to the ESN of the 810 in Boost's database? If so then try again 2 times isn't enough to know for sure and keep in mind some 810's won't activate period per DeathTrip.

The M800 and M810 have high failure rates, as with most all Samsung phones.

High failure rate as in you have to try and activate it several times to get it to work or high failure in that many M810 won't ever activate.

High failure rate as in some will work and some will not. The Samsung phones are tough to get on and many just will not activate.

does anyone know if getting the galaxy tab on boost mobile similar to the methods of getting a sprint phone onto boost? i've seen videos showing it flashed to boost mobile and even found some people who are able to put it on boost (but they unfortunately have a very steep price for said services) but otherwise i havent read nor seen any tutorials on this.

NO,NO,NO you cannot legally use any Android on Boost other than the Prevail.
