I had this idea and was hoping that a windows mobile developer would pick this up as a simple project:

There are already apps out there (like three of them) that you can use to turn your winmo phone into a mobile webcam using ftp and network directories, but none of them work well or function the way I need them to. So here is what I am looking for. I want a light weight app that can take lo-res pictures IN THE BACKGROUND and upload them automatically to an ftp site without PASV at a pre-determined delay. For example, the app would run silently in the background, use the phones camera to take a small 320x240 pixel photo and upload it to the ftp using setup parameters every 10 minutes.

The only app of the three mentioned that actually does this, does not work well. It is slow, heavy on resources, and the FTP doesn't even work. Anybody interested, PM me, and I can compensate up to $20 if it works the way I want it to. (It's not much, but I don't think that it would be very difficult if you know what you're doing.) It doesn't need a fancy interface or anything.
