You don't need to enter the PIN on the iPhone. It'll pair up on its own.
That is good to know. There must be something wrong then because after a couple of minutes of my iPhone trying to pair with the Q2, the Q2 ends the pairing mode. My phone works with Plantronics and Jawbone devices flawlessly. Any other suggestions?
The Rubber Pad on my Q2 is shifting. The Glue seems to be very gel like and deteriorating.
I was going to remove the rubber pad - look like it would be very easy to do, looks like it will come off at any time.
I was going to clean the Pad and the Q2 with Goo Gone and reglue it.
Any suggestions ? Type of glue to use ?
Same thing happened to my rubber pad. I ended up pulling it off, cleaning off the residue on both the pad and the headset, and applied Loctite Superglue. Any "superglue" should work. It's rock solid now.
What is the current firmware for the Q2? I purchased this over a year ago and I seem to recall Blueant saying that the Q2 firmware can be updated but I have not seen anything yet.
