As per requested, I just got my F-06B 2 days ago so I'll do a quick, non-expert review.
Appearance
I got the white and it looks better than I thought it would. I originally didn't really like the spiral design but it looks ok in real life. It was also not as big as I initially thought (though my brother said it looks kinda big)...and I like the slenderness to it instead of the fat iPhone.
Touchscreen
It's quite sensitive so it's easy to accidentally press on the button beside the one you wanted to press. But then again, sometimes you have to tap it a few times for it to register. There is a feedback sound when you touch the screen so you know you pressed it, but i think you can turn it off if you don't like that. Also, you select something once you press it once, so sometimes I accidentally press something when i meant to scroll (i think i had the same problem when i touch my frds' itouch/iphones...so i think it's just me and my unfamiliarility with touchscreen devices). With that said, you can change it a 2-touch system instead...where the 1st touch is the target and the 2nd is to select. The thing with that setting however, is that the menu items in the list becomes more narrow, so it's harder to target with your finger.
Display
It's pretty sharp to me and videos and everything looks great. It might not be iPhone 4 level but it's pretty good to me already.
WARNING: Now, this is the first Fujitsu phone I've owned (and I haven't owned that many keitai's in the past either), so I dont' know if it's just me being naive...But, there's this feature called "Privacy View" that creates this white haze over the screen. It toggles on/off when you long-press the "lock" button on the side of the phone. I, of course, did not know about that and accidentally turned it on, scaring me to death cuz i thought the screen was busted ahhaha
Camera
Haven't played with the camera that much yet so don't have much to say about it yet. One thing I will say tho, is that I remember reading somewhere about how Fujitsu phones dont' have a physical camera/shutter button...only it does have one. Also, another thing is that the camera switches mode to "macro" automatically when you point at something close-by.
Data Transfer
I have a 2GB microSD in there right now and at first when I tried to plug it in directly some of the folders doens't show up and I'm a complete noob with the whole file scheme with these phones so I downloaded the Datalink from Docomo instead and found it to be pretty convenient so I would recommend it.
Schedule
The schedule does not allow horizontal view...and the dates are kinda hard to touch as well because of its small size. It looks exactly like the other docomo phones though i think (or at least my previous SH-03A)
About the SIM card and Wi-Fi
There was talk on the other post about whether or not you have to take out the SIM card to use Wi-Fi. Well, apparently, you CAN'T even access wi-fi without a SIM. The various set-up options are greyed-out and it asks you to confirm whether you have a SIM inside. So...I am hoping that it will work when i put SIM + hypersim in it (still have to buy that hypersim, so will update with more info when i do)
In addition, there are also several features that you can't access without a SIM inside....ex. the Maps and some option settings I think, can't remember exactly what and I can't find it at the moment. Another thing, initially there's a "lock" symbol on the iコンシェル (icounsel?) icon and the "osaifu keitai" icon. After I changed the theme of the phone to "white" under "kisekae tools" the lock is gone. I know we can't use those functions anyways, but at least I dont' have to have a "locked" icon.
Battery
After 6 hours of stand-by and some testing/setup for 1 hour, keypad illumination and everything is at its initial setting, and it's currently at 76%. As of right now, it doesn't seem to be using up THAT quickly, but there have been many complains on the net about its battery life...So I guess I have to use it a bit longer to see.
Well, this "quick" review ended up being quite long, sorry about that. And i hope you guys find it useful. If there's anything you want me to try for you, let me know.
Sounds good, any photos by any chance? Let us know about the wi-fi! I'm interested in getting a wi-fi enabled docomo in the near future if it works.
I didn't want to put pictures since there seems to be plenty already, there's some awesome pics for it in the F-06B Close-upz thread in fact. But if you want to see pics of my white version, i'll try to put some up later on.
If anyone's interested, WiFi will not work on any of the newer keitais according to my buddy (with the exception of the SoftBank Sharps).
The SB Sharps are different because they have the 'Direct Browser' which is solely for WiFi usage, while the other keitais only have the PC Browser and Y!Keitai browsers (which require a subscription to Keitai WiFi to use while on a WiFi network).
Actually, I have an F-06b and use wi-fi here in the use. Somebody correct but I think the summer line of docomo phones that have wi-fi and a "Full Browser" can use wi-fi without docomo service. I have docomo service but I cancelled imode, email, packet hodai, and voicemail. I use my phone for sms, and voice calls, and now wi-fi, not to mention outstanding photos on it's 13.2 mp hd cam!!
so i got my hypersim today, everything works fine....except..i couldnt get the wi-fi to work.
I can connect to the network, but it won't let me launch the full browser. There's a message that says "i'm not contracted" Some of you on this forum said you guys can use it with the F-06B? Anyone mind telling me what i need to do to use it?
Thanks for the review! Any chance you'll be posting some more on the camera performance? Oh, and would like to know if WiFi works too.
Btw, the white hazy privacy thing does not really work, one can still see the text clearly from the side. The concept works great on the SH-03A though.

I will post some more on camera performance and perhaps some sample pics/videos later on (after my final exams :P)
About the wi-fi, when I tested it at home yesterday, it wouldn't work...it had the "service not subscribed" message and then later on I couldnt' even connect to the network. Then I went to work and tested the public wi-fi and it worked!! Later that night when I got home from work, it works now as well. I didn't do anything special, I have no idea why it suddenly started working....
The browser is pretty fast and I like how when you click in a search bar, it gives you a new window to type in and of course, how easy it is to type/search in japanese.
You can save pictures but I dont' think you can save any other files since I dont' see any such option. But I will test that out in near future as well.
Tried going to youtube and it won't play anything at first. That's because the page is in "mobile" form. Go to the bottom of the page and you can change it to a "desktop" form and then it will play. But I couldn't get full screen to work...maybe it only plays in the embedded player.I don't think you can change resolution either...
The hazy thing does NOT work at alll....it's really stupid...hahah
That's all for now, gotta work on my project...will post more later on~
@madoka_76: No hurries, just wanna know if you'll be reviewing it cause I'm kinda keen on the F-06B myself.
The hazy thing being useless is due to the screen itself. The F-06B uses the IPS LCD technology and have a wide-viewing angle. Good to look at, bad to hide things from.
