    The best mp3 player yet!

I have been trying out many different mp3 players and really only been slightly satisfied with my findings, and the ones posted on here.....until now. This one has everything you need to replace the native player. I heard of this a few weeks back but could never find an English version, until I stumbled onto this one and did some modding. Although its still only 98% english, its way better than the rest. So try it and let everyone else know what you think.

    Enjoy....

Oh I did notice that some of your files are rar'd while others are zip'd. I suggest you zip them all so that anyone can download them through the touch, and you can keep with consistencies. Blueftp can unzip files but I'm not sure if it can do rar'd files, but just in case. Thanks again!

    Tested RumorTouch Apps/Games

Here is a link to all the apps/games that I have tested and found working. Not all of these are good programs, but they all work. Most of them are full touch compatible, but there are some that need a bit of experimenting to figure out. There are 53 apps and 82 games as of today. Enjoy!

If you really want a good player then check out TTPod, it's way better than wikitunes....or tunewiki.

    DUDE GOOD FREAKIN FIND!!!!!!!
this thing is sweett. some bugs but who cares, i love the file manger in this one too, sorts by artist album file using ID3 and can even search for album art! my only pet peeve is that you cant change the volume once its in background play using the volume rocker, it actually crashes the app but whatever, by FAR the best mp3 player yet.

i have no idea how you found it but its awesome

    LOL
Thanks....I was beginning to think I was the only one that thought this player rocks! So far it has been the smoothest most stable mp3 player yet. Like you said, the file manager is outstanding, and the functions are elegant. I haven't explored it fully, yet, but I have played with it and it beats every single player known so far. I don't even have to keep looking now but If I come across another better player I will most definitely post it. Thanks for the review....anyone else?

First, huge thanks to the OP. I spent several days myself trying to jailbreak it with no luck. Its been a happy field day since coming across this thread

Anyway, I got two more issues thats bugging me about the Touch that hasn't been addressed in the last 40 pages . . .

First, how the monkeys do I get it to display foreign language characters, like Chinese and Thai? I can't make sense of any of my mp3s with foreign language filenames, nor can I read my favorite foreign language websites and apps.

I read that the latest Brew OS update allows foreign language characters, but not a clue how to go about that.

My other issue with this phone is the non-automatic lock feature. I'm looking for an app that loads during bootup and locks the phone after a set time period.

    Anyone?

nice. im not sure if its been mentioned before, but some jars have language files that can be edited. here is the same player with the language file edited.

    Anyone?
I'm not sure why your phone would do that, but my phone, when locked, will stay locked until I input the unlock code. No matter how many power cycles. Infact, I always lock the phone before I power it down just in case someone else might pick it up. Strange that your phone doesn't stay locked. How about looking at umnet.com or getjar.com for an app.

I like it so far it is slow to scan but I also have about 600 songs. I'm still playing with it.

Does it create playlists. Thats what I'm looking for in a player.

    Nice site too.

UPDATE: It keeps crashing on me. I still like it so far. How do you make playlists or can you? Also the volume resets to nothing when it goes to the next song. Can you change that?
