Are we sure they're not release an Android LTE phone this year? We need to wait for next year, or pick up this Caliber-type one, right?

After using my wife's Caliber I decided to pass on this LTE device until an Android, WinMo or BB based LTE device is released for Metro. I can not stand the Caliber, especially after using a WinMo and BB.

Guess the wait for an LTE device continues for me.

That's what im saying too i had the finesse and if the caliber was the same or close then this craft is the same. ill have to pass also lte is not worth it to me if i don't have access to third party down loadable apps to use the speed of lte with...

a locked platform that will not allow third party downloads is limited in function therefore limited in internet use in my opinion so the speed would not matter...

Yum. Blackberry LTE. I wonder if they are even working on one yet. And I don't see Winmo coming anytime soon. With 7 coming out, it won't run on lower end devices... so 6.5 will eventually become obsolete and 7 would be too expensive to have on Metro.

There was an article last month about an LTE device being worked on by RIM but the speculation was that it is being developed for Verizon. However, with Metro's recent article about their future plans and the fact that RIM has already started development on an LTE device, this gives us much hope for a future LTE BlackBerry on Metro's network. Just thinking about it makes me...oh damn, excuse me for a minute
