    Need an LG100C expert

    Anyone know if the keyboard on the LG100C can be locked so 'pocket calls' are avoided? No long hold on any key performs that function and I don't see the option in any menu item. And what's with the 'Security' feature in 'Settings' into which one is supposed to enter some undefined code number? LG appears not to place user's guides online and all that is findable is a small fact sheet. Good 'ol Net10 only puts their bare-facts-sheet in the box. Thanks !

    I don't have it through Net10, but I do have the LG100 through ntelos. I have it set up to automatically lock after every few seconds of inactivity. This is how I did it:

    1. Hit the "OK" button to bring up the menu (or access the menu however Net10 has designed it to be done with their interface)
    2. Go to Settings
    3. Select the "Keyguard Timer" option
    4. Select the amount of inactivity before it activates the lock
    5. Hit "Ok"


    I'm not sure if the menus will look the same on the Net10 version though, as they probably have it locked down. To unlock the phone, you hit the key just above the Back button, and then hit the "OK" key.

    Thank you Delbert That's it ! You must also be in the great state of Virginia. My daughter also has the nTelos version but neither of us noticed that option. (duh)

    Thank You for you post. I actually called customer support and they said there is no key pad lock for this phone. I tried your suggestion and it works. Much appreciated.
