does sprint offer a mostly data plan?

i looked at my account and my average minutes used for the last year is less than 100 a month. but data and text messages are pretty high. do they offer an unlimited data plan with maybe 100 or 150 any time minutes with or without night and weekend minutes? something that might be $10 or $15 a month cheaper? do they have a deaf people plan?
