I need some advice. A friend owed me $60. He have me this Cliq and we called it good. The phone had no SIM and a locked screen. I did a hard reset. All was good. Then I remembered the update from zip file option. I tried it without SD card. Now the phone shows splash screen and then restarts when the charger is plugged in. The power button doesn't work. Hard reset won't finish. I assume that I erased all the software on my phone. I also assume that there is a file from Motorola named something like update.zip that, after being saved to a SD card, will reinstall it. My question is, if my assumptions are correct, Where do I find that file? Or an I wrong? Or as my girl suggests, just plain stupid? Thanks..
