Does that make sense when the whole post started with LTE, NFL, and VZW?

I had thought that the NFL services were linked to LTE being available. Again does that imply this phone is LTE capable?

Does this mean that it will be launching near the beginning of next NFL season?

I think that may be too far away (Sept 2011). But you may be on to something. The Super Bowl is on Feb 6, 2011. That would fit well with an official announcement at CES around Jan 6, with the phone's "available date" a week or so before the Super Bowl. That would fit the standard 3 to 4 week period Verizon has between announcement and availability. It would also be a great NFL tie-in (since VZW and NFL are partners) - watch the big game on your new LTE phone. Perhaps Stingray will be on the same timeline and promotion.

The NFL Experience is already available on VZW phones. Some are able to get it without the $10 monthly vCast deal. Bill implied this phone is LTE on the last page.

Too long, IMO. D3 seem too plain a name for such a phone. xbernaut is that map for us HoFoers or the rest of the world?

Hmmm, let me take a whack at this. Verizon (CEO) will announce 5 or 6 LTE capable devices next year in CES or CTIA from Motorola (T2/1st superphone most likely), HTC (Scorpion maybe), LG (the one device leaked from Engadget), Samsung (Galaxy S2 maybe), RIM (Storm 3, not to sure about this one), maybe the iPhone 5. However, the devices will most likely be ready/launched by May/early summer. On to the NFL part and LTE. There are 32 NFL teams 2 are in NY which I guess counts as one city. Verizon said that they were going to roll out their LTE network in 30 markets, which are the cities of the NFL teams.

    Was I close?

Read a blog on Engadget; Winston and xbernaut any truth that the LG tegra 2 phone is vastly superior to this one?
