OH....I tried the 4 corner thing on the ally to get past the verizon screesn. No go. I programmed my env no problem. Not this one tho. Took it and paid the 20 bux. And PP does not program verizon phones for data here where I live, only picture messages.
verizon call quality is great down south. MY neightborhood is picky! disables all of my friends phones..not verizon. Tmobile was horrible here but their CS iks great! PP..well...call quality is verizon..CS..I guess u get what u pay for! Reps speak english and are nice for the most opart..hold times can be horrendous. Dont try on Mondays!

I've had my Incredible on PP 1200 T &T for maybe 40 days now and love it. I toggle my mobile internet off and use WiFi unless i really need it. Hardly scratch my 50 Mg allotment.
I bought the Samsung Fascinate from eBay. Called P+ and they switched my wife's number from her Motorola V3c to the Fascinate in less than 4 minutes at no charge. Minutes were also transfered. I do not have a data plan but the phone works great on WiFi. Not sure I'll ever get data. Google sync works with everything BUT phone calendar to Google with out screwing around. Details are here:
I have an ally of pp and it is a bit frustrating. If you can get access to wifi, it is great. PP only gives u 20 mb of data and the droid phones eats it up in the first couple of days whether u go online or not due to all of the apps on the phone.
No big deal, but then I cant send a picture message because all of my data is gone!
PP is not the best choice for a droid as they offer no additional data plan. Just an FYI.
Does anyone know where to get additional data for page plus? I go through the 20 mg in a day or sao and then i cant send picture messages. I have rooted my phone, but seems my ally eats that small amount of data quickly?
