droid 2 won't sync unprotected music files using napster

i've been trying to transfer my music playlists from napster to my D2, it's transferring but whenever it comes across an unprotected file it stops and says that i need to buy or renew the license for said file(s). how can i bypass this? i never had this problem on my non-smartphone (enV touch). i want to use napster to sync my music because it has all my playlists there...so i haven't tried WMP or anything else.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
