Picture transfer from V750 phone memory to micro SD.

I'm trying to help a customer of mine retrieve a picture of his beloved recently deceased hamster.

My luck being what it is, I was able to retrieve *every* picture on the phone, except for the 2 pictures of the hamster in question. The "move" option just doesn't come up when I select either picture!

Would I have any luck maybe changing the file extension or something?

It's a company phone that has, among other things, no texting or BT file transfers allowed, and the port is a little messed up, so it won't work on the Cellbrite transfer machine. I have yet to try doing any PIM options, but the port being in the shape it is, I'm not holding my breath.

Edit: Never mind. We figured it out- those pics were his inside and outside wallpapers! Duh!
