What are your full plan details? Just because one is being audited doesn't mean credits will be removed.

    My5 LD + $20 VP = $60
Credits: Incoming, R2R, Early evenings, $30MFD
    Total: $32.58

Last month an agent replaced $10 UMB + $10 VP with $20 VP, so I got $20 first month value pack credit. Several days ago they were trying to fix a problem with email-to-text and an agent removed value pack and readded, so the credit was reapplied. I even pointed it out to the agent, but she did not do anything.

At the end a nice CxR agent told that four previous agents that were trying for several hours to make direct delivery working could not do it because the feature was not included in the value pack. He offered me the feature with corresponding $5 credit (in addition to $30 I already had) for the duration of the contract. I just called Rogers and an agent told that that agent added $5 for a year, writing "to compensate for frustration" in the note.

It could be one of two options: after completing the call the CxR was applying the changes, noticed that I have many credits and gave free "direct delivery" for just one year and flagged the account. Or it could be the system did not like having value pack first month credit reapplied. Also, $10 VP and UMB were already credited, so when the agent replaced them with the $20 VP I was effectively double credited for the first month - this is not what triggered the system, but I'm likely to lose it on audit.

Edit: Noticed that the "value pack first month credit" has expiry date on Nov 26, while the tag has expiry on Nov 27. If both features were intended to be for one month, the tag was added the day after I talked to the agents. So it could be that the CxR agent actually gave 3 years credit as promised but the audit was done next day and it was reduced to 12 months.

Ok, called relations and told them that I noticed two things on my account, one unfair to Rogers, another to me. Explained her that I had a credit for $10VP and $10 UMB and that when an agent switched from them to $20 VP, the first month VP credit is unfair to Rogers as it effectively double credits me. I also told her that when on Oct 27 four agents tried to solve the problem with email to text and an agent removed and added VP, this gave me the first month credit another time. Wonder what she did? She gave me additional $20 manual credit. I tried to explain that it's double crediting, but she could not understand it "it's a manual credit, how can it be double crediting?"... Their mindset is so accustomed with people requesting credits, that even repeating myself many times did not help - she just would not listen...

Regarding 3 year email-to-text credit promised by the previous CxR agent, without any request by me, she first told she could not give it at all, but then gave it for one year.

When I asked her about the meaning of the "revenue recovery tag", she told that it's for internal use only and should not concern me. I asked her if it should not concern me, why does the system show it, and her reply was "because it's on your account".

Wow, some of these agents are smart, but some are just robots.

Just thought I'd toss in what we just had offered so that others would know what else is around. We weren't after much, but I was pretty happy with this package:

    RP:
    250 Minutes, U/L 8pm, UL Weekends; 25.00 (-10.00)

    Extras:
40.00 Value pack (500 MB, UL Messaging, CID, ND, EVM, VM2TXT,Ringbacks, Backup); 40.00 (-10.00)
    UL Rogers-to-Rogers; 0.00
    100 Canadian LD Minutes; 0.00

    Total: 15.00+30.00+2.58 GRRF = 47.58 pre-tax.

I think I can probably push for earlier evening start times when I accept in a day or two, but I'm not sure I want to push - I'm pretty happy with it as-is. Could always re-negotiate during upgrade in spring.

Does not matter. I have My5 LD $40 plan, and have it. But I'm 90% it means the plan was already audited. (Explained in the messages above)

Here is my plan so far:

    Plan:
    Unlimited Plan w/My5 LD $30
    Data Service Plan 6GB $30
iPhone Value Pack & Vvmail $20

    Credits:
    Monthly Fee Discount -$10
    Monthly Fee Discount -$15

    Total with taxes: $63.76

I don't need My5 anymore because I think I will be using Nettalk with my iPhone to call long distance in North America. What is the cheapest retentions voiceplan I can get?

Wow, when did you get it?

The cheapest plan is ~$18, so you could theoretically save $12, but you will have a fight to keep your credits on your hands as this plan is not eligible for credits at all. You would be much better not touching your voice plan... Note that you can use My5 from places where there is only 2G coverage, unlike voip. Also Rogers 3G antenna is right on my roof, but I still get lower quality of VOIP calls than regular, I think Rogers does not provide QoS for data packets. Finally, you can (I did) set up one of My5 to some cheap calling card and basically have unlimited long distance anywhere
