I just spoke with a regular rep. I guess, all she offered was $25 for 500mb.

What's the best way for me to try and get the $10 flex plan?

I had a similar discussion with a rep about the 500 mb plan and she made a note of it. When I called again, the next rep saw the note about the 500 mb plan. I said that most of the previous discussion centered on the 500 mb but that we discussed other options, including the $10 flex plan. That's how I steered the negotiations in that direction.

Do Note That I did not receive all my credits at once on my account. The credits were dependent on the Add on features
( 6gb data, Caller ID, Txt Msg, ) which were added to the account over a period of time. Also note that I've been a Rogers Cx for the past 6 years.

Im not sure how ecf works but im definitely jumping over to wind once they release the sg s3 in late june
