LG Rumor Touch Update available ...

I've had my Rumor Touch since early June and grabbed the latest firmware soon after. I check for new versions every few weeks. Yesterday I found a new version was available, said something about fixing texting and power cycling problems. So if you have a Rumor Touch, check for updates. ;-)

Here's how Sprint/LG describe the update:

LG Rumor Touch Maintenance Release

Fixes:
Unable to send/receive text messages until a powercycle
Intermittent powercycling

Update your software
To update your Rumor Touch over the air:
1. Press the Home icon
2. Scroll to and select Main Menu > Tools > Update Phone
3. Press Update Firmware and you will see the message Checking for Firmware update Please wait…

Important Notes:
This update will take approximately 3-5 minutes
The new software version is: LN510ZVB

I had this exact problem every now and then before the update. Since the update it has still happened one time. So either it was a fluke or they didn't fix the problem 100% yet.

I had never had the problems beforehand, but I've noticed no new problems either, so it probably can't hurt.

Where do I go to find the updates for my Virgin Mobile LG Rumor Touch? I am having the same problems as everyone else and I can't find them on my phone. I went to the main menu then to tools and there is nothing that says updates. It's really making me mad.
