Disabling Sense without rooting, and getting the standard Android back

I'm not a big fan of custom interfaces, I prefer the stock android UI to this slow HTC Sense. Does anyone know how to get rid of it and bring back the standard UI? I don't want to root, it looks like a lot of brain-intensive and time-consuming work, not to mention that I have a Mac and probably cant use the same rooting tools

Thanks. Im rooted running FROYO with NO SENSE or tmobile apps

the only problem with the 2.2 roms is bluetooth doesn't work
