Cool. Any guess on a price? I saw 495 euro somewhere so I'm guessing 599 or 699 us dollars.

Probably in a matter of time, might be up in the US order page as well.

How's that? If you are referring to the first Meego device, its almost certain not to be announced on Friday (and will probably not have as good corporate email - yes, likely even worse - support as Symbian does) or any other device for that matter.

Yeah, I would guess something in the order of $599 - or $20 to $40 or so more than what N8 launched with, whatever it was.

no, im referring to the myriad of devices that will be announced/unveiled at MWC. not to mention, who knows what nokia will announce on friday. besides, im sure anyone that wants the e7 can wait a few more days. its not like they havent been waiting for every other nokia phone to release.

    Canadian networks for E7?

are we able to tell, based on NOKIA's published specs for the E7, which Canadian networks (eg Wind, Rogers, Telus etc.) will be compatible with the device?

The E7 (like the N8, and I believe the C7, C6-01 S^3 stablemates) is a pentaband 3G device. I imagine all those Canadian networks should work.

with the daily influx of windows phone 7 rumors heading to nokia, is anyone really going to buy the nokia e7?

had it been early in nokia development of e7 i believe they would have canceled it but being late and many handsets prepared for market already they have no choice in terms of profits and losses to release the phone

i am having a feeling of being with my n900 for the for time being. although with amazon.com thirty day return policy, why not give e7 a shot with no expense?

Been keeping up with all the news...i think at the end of teh day, at least from me, the e7 will be a pretty decent upgrade coming from an e75...so yep. Depending on the announcements it may very well be my last nokia so at least it's a well rounded device.

I have to be honest though, i have not read anything about WP7 simply because i remember my one and only windows mobile device (an old compaq PDA....not phone/pda...just PDA hehe). But given teh circumstances I'll do some hw and see if i would want to give a nokia/microsoft device a try. I would have much rather given a nokia/android device a try.

I want an E7-01 with the N8's camera and flash. MicroSD would be great, but could ignore it if there were 64GB on board.

Well, the phone has push email -- it just isn't nearly as reliable as it should be.
I want to buy your Nokia E7.
