NM I missed a step and managed to do it! Just did it to the cache and wahla went from near 700megs on the SD card for room down to 625megs internal is now at 104megs instead of 31megs. Success!

Thanks! They have not sent me the notification email yet that I signed up for over a week ago, but I just went to their site and ordered my Defender case just now.

Yeah, but it sure looks good. I wonder if I can find it cheaper locally.

Yep. ~55 bucks shipped via USPS, but I'd really like to keep the phone in good condition for at least two years of use, and I've got a bad habit of dropping phones out of my shirt pocket. My old Nokia never had a protective case, and was quite battle-scarred and cracked edges on all 4 corners of its shell when I retired it last month. I haven't dropped the Desire yet, and hopefully this new case will keep it like new for a long time.

I've never seen Otterbox cases sold locally here, only web-order.

The problem I'm having is it seems no-one makes a matched Holster to go with their case. I'm still looking though. Cellet makes a holster for the phone, but not if it has a case on it.

The Defender comes with a "Ratcheting Belt Clip" holster included. From the PDF file pictures it looks like a hard plastic outer shell that clamps over the rubber shell.

If that's what it is, that's in line with what I want. I don't want some stupid plastic 'nub' and one of those crappy belt clips like you get with dumbphones to lock onto the nub. They unlock themselves and they are garbage.

My Seidio holster (and the Cellet holster) basically have a top lever and you flip it and pull the phone out. It's a great design, especially if the phone is attached to my chest strap.

Use TB810Z and get 10% off and free shipping. So it comes to $45.00 even basically.

I know I've been contiplating of getting this or not since it was mentioned months ago. Have a really hard time considering to cough up that type of cash, but I've also been known to drop my phone and would like to get a nice case. I like the look of this more than the comuiter series, and the belt clip is just a + because im not sure if I'd even use it. Going to have to sleep on it for the night or 2 just to see if I should really go forward with it.

Dang, I wish you'd have come along with that about an hour and a half ago
