hey guys, well i was doing some research yesterday and i stumbled across this site, well i have a 2008 sharp sidekick for t mobile and i have a WFM account, so i put my sim in to the sidekick and all i can do is call and text well after a little reaserch and trial and error i finally got MMS to work the only problem is it works when it wants tto :/
well first off go to picture messaging>settings>account settings
-set active MMS account-
your going to hace to create a new one
name it whatever you want
MMSC address: wirelessfour.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
Proxy address: 216.155.50:8080
proxy port: 80
APN DETAILS
APN:web.omw.today.com
username and password: blank

I had tried everything to get the mms to work on walmart family mobile for iPhone. The only solution I found that worked was a Cydia update that was posted earlier in this thread. It required you to add a source to Cydia called Cydia.pushfix.info. Hope this helps and thank u for whose ever post that was!

I have entered all the apn numbers etc. i have an HTC G@ tomobile phone. i can use all apps etc. butr no web. I am not sure i have entered the apn correctly or if i even have the correct info for the APN. can somebody please help.

Ok my earlier post was full of errors. Sorry. I have an HTC G2, Tmobile phone. I am unable to get on the web. All apps work fine. I just am not sure i am setting up the APN correct. Never had to set a phone up to do this. Both of my daughters phones worked fine from the minute they turned service on with family mobile. Can somebody please help.

I recently switched to WFM $45 package. I have an unlocked HTC Google Nexus one.

I was unable to get my data going for 3 days since I activated. I consulted all the resources available on WFM.com, on many internet forums and WFM's customer support. Nothing worked. Finally, I reset the APN settings to default and turned off Wi-Fi and boom, all my apps are working now.

Apparently, when I first activated my phone, the settings should have worked, if I had my Wi-Fi turned off. I did not know that, hence assumed the APN settings to be incorrect and updated them with the settings provided on WFM.com (web.omwtoday.com etc).

I activated a Moto Cliq XT on 9/20 and have never been able to use any EDGE data at all, Wifi works fine so its not the phone. I've tried the sim in other T-Mobile phones and data is not working on those also.

Here are my settings:

Hi, I just got a Tmobile Samsung Dart smartphone for Walmart's family mobile. I had a lot of trouble getting the internet to work, because it's a tmobile 3g phone, and not a Walmart family mobile phone. The settings that made this Samsung Dart work on the unlimited familymobile package are:

Hello, I also have a T-mobile prepaid Samsung Dart. I paid $24.99 and unlocked it so it works in any GSM network worldwide. However, I still cannot get browser to work for the Walmart's family mobile. I did exactly the same as you suggested in setting up the APN. Any other suggestions? Thank you!!!

i have an unlocked iPhone 4 running 5.1.1 and it doesn't read my sim... (I had it trimmed with a noosy {a machine that trims sim cards into micro sims}) I'm pretty sure i have everything set up correctly but i may be wrong but absolutely no capabilities on the phone except wifi of course..

I just cut my sim card with a noosy and mine appears to be working perfectly. Did it give you an error after you inserted the sim? I turned mine on and things worked immediately, I just messed with the mms and data settings but they are now working. Just a dumb question, but was your sim already activated?
