but I would imagine they might charge incoming messages soon like others........but so far it's still free

Does Cityfone have a pay-per-use SMS program? Where I could just send SMS messages for 10cents/message? I don't subscribe to the $5 package, and I can't send anything out...

It's 250 message for both IN and OUT!!
And EVERYONE in cityfone got free incoming SMS.
