This thread is to inform everyone as accurately as possible to the numerous discount programs Sprint offers. Since not everyone can qualify for every type of discount, all questions regarding these programs will be answered to the best of everyone's ability. This is for guideline purposes only, for official clarification you should contact Sprint directly.
After seeing repeated requests for Sprint Employee E-Mail Addresses and the Last 3 Digits of the Employee's ID Number (CID) to get Sprint's Everything Plus Plans (EPRP, which replaced SERO), here is an employee's information that was intentionally made public:
This information was made public by Russ Mcguire on 7/16/08, and is posted on this forum so potential Sprint and existing SERO customers who are interested in getting a Sprint Everything Plus Plan can get one.
"Everything Plus Data"
($10 data charge for Smartphones)
x1 Feature Phone = $59.99/mo
"Everything Plus Data Share"
(including $10 add-on!)
10% off the MRC (monthly recurring charge) of any eligible Sprint Calling Plan. 10% off the MRC (monthly recurring charge) of any eligible Nextel Calling Plan.
Here's the easy way and you don't even have to talk to a CSR. Go to Sprint's website and login to your account. Go to CHAT with CSR. Start the chat off by saying, "I want to upgrade my phone but I need to make sure my corporate account is applied first." Give the the hierarchy code and you personal email address so they can send a confirmation email to you
CORPORATE ID HIERARCHY CODE DISCOUNTS
*note* the discounts for some corps may have changed
Did you leave blank the required field "work-issued email address" and they didn't call or email you to ask for one?
Also, a question for anyone who has used one of the links in post #2 to add a discount. Did they require a new 2-year contract on all of your lines, or only on the primary line?

I just spoke with a rep in Account Services who was able to add one of the discounts from the list above. He assured me that these discounts only renew the contract on the primary line attached to the account.
These links don't work for the discounts. Your Sprint # has to be registered with the employer. I tried both of my numbers, neither worked. How do you get these links to work?

I just placed a new 2-year contract with the link above. However, the receipt came back without mentioning discount price (still $79.99) or mentioning the promotion's bonus item that is included. I talked to the rep from bluefish, and she said the discount will be applied in the monthly bill, and the bonus item will be given after 6-8 weeks.
For those who have tried, is it normal not that receipt won't show up the discount and promotion items? Do I need to worry that I will be locked to 2 year contract at non-discounted price after 30 day period?
Hey,
planning to switch from verizon to sprint. Does the Simply Everything Referral Plan still works and is legit? Does it let to transfer your number over from another carrier? And I'm assuming I have to do everything online including buying the phone, no way to go to a actual store until I get the first line.
