You can have several different family plans on your account, but all lines within a family plan will have the same level of voice/text/data.

You're looking at a voice/text/data family plan with 2 lines, plus a voice/text family plan with two lines. Of course, that's not very efficient.. I leave it up to you to calculate it and figure it out (hint: getting data for everyone is probably cheaper)

When the representative answers, just let them know that you would like to add the JP Morgan Chase discount to the account and provide the rep with the code, NACMB_ZZZ. Sprint will be able to assist in adding the discount to your account. "

Called the 866 number. Was asked for e-mail address, and gave gMail address and code and Sprint number with 6-digit PIN. Got a confirmation number and was told changes could take up to two billing cycles to take effect. I'll believe it when I see it.

I know its a very old post at this point.. But did it work?

    Question,
when I go to a site, for example, www.sprint.com/eds and activate a new 2-year agreement, I don't have to do anything else but sign-up and I receive the discounted monthly price for the whole 2-year agreement contract correct?

I was looking all over this thread for an answer, but couldn't find a straight one.

    Re: Official Sprint Discounts Thread

Are SERO/Employee Referral accounts allowed to be credited? Like for complaining about service or something. I'm curious as too how tightly they locked down these plans since u can't use discounts on them.

Is their any reason to get a regular account over an ERP? Regular account with my 10% Credit Union discount will be $2 more a month.

Speaking about your question, I had trouble with service around where I used to live and they credited me the month free with the Sero plan. ($50)

    So they do allow credits.

edit: got another confirmation from ting. "Unfortunately, Sprint has removed all push-to-talk devices from the whitelist, including the Kyocera Torque. It's not just that PTT functionality doesn't work, but that these devices continually attempt (and fail) to activate PTT services, which impacts network performance."
