I have an old Razr V3m that I flashed to Alltel firmware. I want to reactivate the phone for another user, and I think to do that I have to put the stock Verizon firmware back on it. But I upgraded my computer to Win 7 64bit and the drivertool.exe doesn't seem to work. The phone keeps coming up in device manager in Other Devices as "Motorola V3c". I tried running it in compatibility and administrator mode, I can't get the drivers to load. Any suggestions?
