Mine did, I called VM customer service and they sent a new phone, mine used to turn off and on randomly, like after exiting an application or received a text or browsing the web. I got the new replacement but what I don't like of this new one is that when it vibrates it makes too much noise, have you heard your phone with it vibrates and its on a flat surface like a table? it sounds like that. Like there is something loose inside, now I'm affraid that is gonna quit vibrating soon

I had the same problem occasionally... here's a personal finding:
NEVER look at your texts, or attempt to answer them, while you're in an application. Trying to respond to a bubble within an app will crash your phone. (Going out of the app will make that okay. A pain, but easier than a reboot.)

Yes, I have 2 RTs and they both do it. The most common time for me is exiting an application. No one application seems any worse then any other one. One of my RT is V5 and one is V7 and they both do it.
