In September I ordered 2 Motorola Backflips (wife gets mad if I don't buy her one) And at the beginning of October we were transferred to Manila in the Philippines. At&T is happy to charge me for roaming but we're going to be here for the next two years and that would be $$thousands. I talked to local cell phone shops and the backflip is not available here and they're not sure if they can unlock it and if they do (and I can use a local simm) will it work as anything more than a basic cell phone? Can I get the unlocking code if I want to try it myself? Any comments appreciated...
