nope haven't yet. As much as i want this phone, i don't want to realize later that i bought a brick. im assuming since the mytouch 3g Non-slide is not working at all, the outlook is doubtful. hopefully someone here can provide insight.

Wife has one bought new from ebay (T-Mobile)-works fine (occasionally has troubles syncing email)
