Going Droid to Droid or Droid to iPhone won't trigger the discount to drop off.
When I first signed up for the promotion, they said that it required me to extend my contract one year, which was no big deal for me. Four of my lines had over a year left so there was really no extension. My primary line had something like 360 days left in my contract so it really only extended it by 5 days. And I can confirm that the discount doesn't drop off after one year. I signed up for the promotion on 11/8/10 and it still shows up on my account.
I don't know why it doesn't show up in your account but when I look at my bill, it says "Talk Text and Data Discount $20" on each line.

OK thanks for the answers i was concerned about, he did future date my plan so this could be why it doesn't show yet. But this was the loyalty department that set me up on this so it looks very hopeful that i have it. Also my contract ends 12/28/12 so with the extension how much does it extend my contract? It looks like 38 days.
If the plan does not show on your account after ~5days or so, CALL the original 800# for the loyalty department. I did a phone switch about 6 months ago on one of my lines and the other departments tried everything they could to tell me the promo would not continue, which is BS... talk to loyalty and they will tell you it is good until 2038... but you will have to get THEM to make sure it sticks.
Oh... when the CSR at loyalty sees what your plan is, they will likely be surprised (mine was)... seems this is a far better plan than even they can get? (not sure I believe that).
My coworker and I both got this discount, and I logged in today to check my bill and seen that it was gone. I asked him to check too and he said the same thing, his disappeared. I haven't made any recent changes to my account and neither has he. Anyone else notice this?
I may have to call the 800 number again and see whats is going on if the bill comes in without the discount. I have 5 lines for $100 a month difference is a pretty big issue.

Did you actually receive the offer email or did you call in and just get it added?
I called in when I seen it was available, and they gave it to me.
I am not sure if we got the original e-mail or not, the phone is not in my name but I am just the account manager on it (it's my dad's account) and I don't have access to his e-mail. They didn't fuss with me so maybe we did get it, but, I can't be for sure. I'll just go with the "I called for it".
I know last time I was in the store the CSR told me they were messing with the billing system to make things "easier for accounting" so I hope this didn't happen because of this change. :-(

The discount still appears on my last bill, but I also received my last bill at the beginning on February. I won't receive my next bill for another 5 days or so.
My bill should be ready in a few days too. Don't see it besides on the bill screen right now either.
On the features screen I see they have my Corp discount applied to the data price (primary line family plan) but past bills does not as it was just the talk text data plus discount.
I guess it might just be a goof while they are working on the system, but it freaked me out because I didn't do anything to my plan and it was just gone... and I can't afford a $100 jump in my bill (since I have 5 lines). My billing cycle ends today so I'll see in a few days what the paper bill says before I go crazy about it.
My cycle ended on 3/2 and the discount was on last months bill, but it was also showing up under promotions and discounts as of a couple days ago and now it's not there anymore. From what I can remember, I was told that I would keep this promo as long as I didn't downgrade my plan at all. I'm guessing it's temporary and will reappear.
Its gone for me also. If this online account profile is to be believed, it looks like they are not charging the monthly $10 access charge for additional lines.
This could all just be a glitch. My contract end dates are also blank and the features discount is missing.

That's what the CSR at the store told me: they are lumping all the lines into one price now in the billing system. If this did in fact screw things up for our promotion then I have a feeling that 800 number is gonna be getting lots of calls soon as people get their bills in and see no more discounts.
