AT&T... your world, throttled.
just pulled that in a busy shopping/restaurant area with a jam packed parking lot on my 4. only 2 macro HSPA+ carriers here.
At the Columbus Zoo today. Very consistent.
Current Device: White 16 GB iPhone 5
Carrier: Appalachian Wireless (LTE in Rural America Partner)
I can get sub 100ms on LA servers, but limited throughput. Instead, I hit higher speed and latency on Charters sites.

I pulled this on my iPhone4 downtown of my city at noon on a Saturday:
I think it is the first time I have ever gotten over 6 on my 4...
Here are some results from yesterday and today with my iPhone 4S here in Lexington, KY. These are normal results for me. It's a little frustrating to say the least.

Not at all shocked. AT&T is terrible in Kentucky, and plenty of people on here have heard me (and others) go on (and on) about it. I really wish AT&T would do something about their network here. Which site are you going off of? Try the one off Armstrong Mill (MAAASIVE tower). That one may give you better results, but AT&T in Lexington and Louisville is just generally abysmal. Whatever you do, stay away from the site on the smoke stacks on campus!!
....Verizon has Lexington and Louisville on lock.
Verizon Wireless: America's fastest, largest and most reliable mobile broadband network.

I appreciate the reply, and confirmation that it generally sucks here. I don't actually know which specific sites I was using (and I don't know how to find out, for that matter), but I know they're not all from the one off Armstrong Mill. These came from 3 areas I frequent, namely, Hamburg, the intersection of Leestown and New Circle, and the intersection of Georgetown and Citation. I may drive down Armstrong Mill for kicks sometime, but I probably spend most of my time at least 4 miles (as the crow flies) away from there. How would I know which site I'm using at any given time?
