AT&T... your world, throttled.
They must not have as much backhaul here then, because the interface is showing up at 21 MBPS HSPA on my phone, but like I said I can only max out around 9-10 down.
You know, you won't notice much, if any, speed difference between 10 and 30 unless you are hawking the phone while downloading a big file. You have a Nexus 7, and now that I've tried one out at a Staples, I can say there is much more of a difference than my XOOM because of JB v ICS alone.
It was attached to a chain so I couldn't give Google Navigation a spin!
