I'm going to guess you are using a non-stock ROM. Are you? Which one? If you don't know, did you buy your phone used?

I would say to flash another ROM to your phone. The explanation of steps is out of the scope of this thread, but I can point you in the right direction.

Since you said the phone is fully flashed, it sounds like it is already open to different ROMs. This is called Hard-SPL. So you may not need to do this. But if so, depending if you have a GSM (Sim Card, AT&T, T-Mobile) or CDMA (Verizon, Sprint) Touch Pro 2:

    GSM: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/gsm-tp2-up...d-spl-tp2.html
    CDMA: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/cdma-tp2-u...w-hardspl.html

Then flash another ROM to your phone.

    GSM: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/gsm-tp2-upgrades/
    CDMA: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/cdma-tp2-upgrades/

You have to look at some threads, and pick a ROM that looks good to you.

It is a lot to grasp at first, but it is only a learning curve. Once you do it, you'll get it.
