The odd thing-though not the first time-the Sam R335c is no longer on the page. I did see it earlier now its vanished.
How do you know which phones are CDMA? Are any of the following Net10 phones CDMA?
LG 320G
LG 300G
LG 400
LG 1500
LG 600G
SAMSUNG T201G
MOTOROLA W408G
LG 620G
MOTOROLA EM326G
MOTOROLA W377G
SAMSUNG T401G
And CDMA means it only works on Sprint and Verizon, correct?
Nice phones. all net10 phones are really inexpensive though. I guess after just looking at them for a while, they all kinda do the same thing. Give or take a few phones. ..
.
I'd always read that Tracfone has roaming agreements with EVERY CDMA and GSM carrier in the continental US (excluding just one small carrier in Alaska).
Sprint is a CDMA carrier in the continental US.
So, is this "every carrier" claim true, or not? If it is, Tracfone can roam on Sprint. If Tracfone can't roam on Sprint, the claim is false.
Anyone know the real answer?

Here, where it's said that "My CDMA Kyocera (and my father's Motorola V60) roams on the Sprint tower near me just fine. It does prefer the very weak Verizon tower that sometimes works here, but if I need it, it will roam on Sprint. In my experience, if there is a tower of your phone's technology, a Tracfone will make the call (with one exception -- in rural Alaska). "

And here, where it's said that "I only know of one company that does not have an agreement with Tracfone and that is a little company in Dutch Harbor, AK":

I've never gotten the impression, through all I've ever read here on HoFo, that the CDMA side worked on any carrier other than VZW, with a little bit of U.S. Cellular as a backup, or in some rare cases a primary perhaps when roaming and no VZW signal is around. You have to look at the preponderance of comments over a long period.
.
I've personally observed my LG290C roaming off Verizon and onto little regional CDMA carriers. When I see the roaming indicator, I make send/receive test calls to ensure that I do indeed have service (and I always do), then I go into the phone's "System" menu and get the SID number, which (with a simple Internet lookup) gives me the name of the carrier the phone's using at that time.
The latest was just last week, when I was out in the boonies, and it switched from VZW to some small godforsaken CDMA carrier I'd never even heard of before I looked it up. As always, I did indeed have service (send and receive).
So yes, Tracfone CDMA sure as heck does work on a lot more carriers than just Verizon and US Cellular. My question was, does it work with ALL of them in the USA? Based on my experience and what's been written here, the answer might very possibly be "yes".
.
Then I think you've got something there, Dr. Watson! That would be considered good first-hand experience.
