    LG Rumor Touch VM - voice recorder?

    Is it me or am I missing something.
    I'm trying to find the voice recorder on this phone. but i cant, which makes me think its not even in there... if its not, then wtf. how can the most basic function not be present in a phone like this.

    Current Phone: Apple iPhone 4S (Black)
