Samsung Galaxy S Captivate - Text Message Font Size

    Hello,

I've been using the Galaxy S Captivate for a little over 2 weeks now and love it. Thanks to everyone here my battery life is A+ now too.

Now I have another issue. I think that the text message font is too big and I can't figure out how to adjust it. I swear I remember using the volume key before and it made the size bigger / smaller but I could just be crazy and remembering something that never happened lol.

Anyone know if / how this can be done? Also, the header is huge, anyone know if that can be changed? I feel that when I'm typing I can't see much of the previous messages.

    Thanks!!

I don't think there's a way to adjust the font size in the native messaging app.

Most peoples complained it's to small.

Switch to Handsent. It's a replacement SMS app that is better than the stock SMS app. Loads of customizations (background, message bubbles, colors, fonts, sizes, security, ect). Plus it fixes the SMS timestamp issue. Try it out. It's one of those apps that make Android better than iPhone...

You need to turn off Notification for the native sms app.
That way only the Handcent notification pop up and that goes away once you read the message
