I recently picked up a mint V635 recently with intentions of modding and occasionally using it but that never happened. I just nostalgia with it and my other old Motos.

I want to pick up an old v-series phone to use as a backup. Either a v600, v620 or a v635. If I can find one I'd love to get a v80.

I'm still living in the past,,,,I use a V600 now for 6 years. I re-flashed it many years ago and now stuck with that version but the phone still works good. The camera is not working now though and I lost all the flash files and seem editing info I had.

Now a few more months and the V600 is looking tired and the keys don't always work on the first press. maybe its time for a new phone?

I haven't used one in a long time, but the V600 was my favorite phone. It had great reception & was really rugged. Miss the flashing colors on the front.

Still have a few V635s around, which I've modded extensively. It seems though, that the V635 (R474) files have disappeared for the most part on the net.

Wow I created this post almost 7 years ago. So now, in 2017, is there anyone that still uses a Motorola V60, V60s, V600, V620, or a V635? I used to powder coat the metal faceplates for those phones. It was a fun little business while it lasted....until smart phones were born. But anyway, does anyone still actually use any of those phones?
