Does anyone know exactly what programs you need for full flash to ntelos?

I have alot of phones i need to fully flash to ntelos. Sprint hero, Blackberry 8530, Verizon Lg Vx???, Samsung's...i have houdini but that only changes the spc and prl i need to find programs to perform a full flash and i need to know exactly what settings need o be changed for a web and mms.

I need help badly. I have an Instinct sph-m800, it is flashed to Ntelos/Frawg but I can only make/recieve calls and text. Can someone please help me put web and mms on this phone ? Frawg says they cannot override Sprints software. I understand this might be illegal but I really just want to be pointed in the right direction.

There is nothing illegal about it, but if the phone is stuck with Sprint software, you're out of luck. There is no special trick.

No sprint phones besides Android, Blackberry, HTC, a few lg/motorola can be fully flashed to nTelos. You're out of luck on the instinct.
